Delivery + Returns

How long will a 'Made to Order' order take?

For orders that are made to order, please allow 3 to 4 weeks from order date to ship date.

If you need an up to date time or you are in a particular rush (besides just lots of excitement for your jumpsuit!) please contact me and I’ll see what we can do.

How long will a 'Ready to Send' order take?

If you have ordered a style from the ready to send part of the collection, I will do my best to send your jumpsuit as soon as I can, typically within 2-3 working days.

How long will a Sewing Kits and printed Sewing Patterns order take?

I do my best to send Sewing Kits within 2-3 working days.

If you order printed sewing patterns, I may have to wait for the printer to send them - so I may ship your order up to 7 working days after the order date.

What shipping options do I offer?

I ship orders worldwide for free. This is a tracked and signed (where possible) service and your order is insured.

If you require specific shipping, please get in touch (hello@weareleim. com) with me before ordering. There may be a charge for this (I can confirm once we have spoken!)

How long does shipping take?

These shipping times are approximate and are from the dates of despatch, not necessarily the date you have ordered.

Your order will be sent from Stockholm, Sweden. I typically use PostNord's Registered Mail service but this will change to a domestic handler once in your country.

For Europe (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland) I send with PostNord (Tracked & Signed) and this will take between 1-3 working days. You will not have to pay duties.

For the rest of the world, including U.K., USA & Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand and Asia I use PostNord's International Tracked & Signed and this takes between 5 and 15 working days, depending on your country's customs.

Different couriers are used to deliver the ezp® Jumpsuits products. You order will be delivered to you within the stated delivery times above, unless there is an event outside of my control. If a delivery is delayed or does not reach you at all, please contact me and I’ll do the best I can to ensure I can get this to you. Events outside of our control include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion, courier overcapacity, etc. Leim is also not responsible for the time it takes for an order to pass through customs - please bear this in mind when ordering.

You are responsible for the delivery details provided when you place your order. Should you provide an incorrect address or post code, you should notify me immediately. I will endeavour to deliver your order to the revised address. If it’s not possible to make the delivery to the revised address, I cannot be held responsible for this loss.

All goods and products are packaged and delivered securely in fully recyclable packaging
 - including the tape!

When will I receive my PDF sewing pattern?

PDF sewing patterns are emailed as soon as you complete checkout. If you have any problems, please contact me.

Returns and Exchanges: Made To Order

If you have chosen a standard size for your made to order jumpsuit, you are able to return or exchange for a different size.

However, if you provided additional measurements and I have made adjustments to the jumpsuit pattern then I am unable to offer returns. This jumpsuit was made for your individual body and I am unlikely to be able to sell it to a different customer.

If you require alteration of your made to order jumpsuit, you must contact me within 30 days of your shipment date. Free alteration requests outside of this window may not be accepted and will be charged at an hourly rate.

Returns and Exchanges: Ready To Send

You are able to return your Ready to Send order for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date (you will receive an email when your order as shipped)

Returns will be processed as long as the jumpsuit has not been worn and has no damage or marks. If there are marks (for example, deodorant marks) I will have to charge for dry cleaning of the jumpsuit. 

Returns are at your own risk and I cannot accept responsibility for their arrival with me, so please keep your receipt when you send!

Returns and Exchanges: PDF Sewing Patterns & Online Workshops

Unfortunately I do not offer returns or exchanges on PDF sewing patterns or Online Workshops. 

Returns and Exchanges: Workshops, Events & In-Person Courses (including Craft & Sip)

I offer a full refund on workshops & event tickets up to 1 week before the workshop start date.

You can receive a 50% refund on workshops & event tickets 24 hours before the workshop date.

Outside of this, I do not offer refunds on workshops and you cannot receive a refund once the workshop has started.
